Shipping policy 

What will the shipping cost be?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Please note that customs charges are at the discretion of the recipient's country and the sole responsibility of the customer. Most international orders to the UK and Europe, are shipped from the   warehouse in Europe.
When placing your order, please always double-check your mailing address that everything is 100% correct and postal compliant. Meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us by ucomendesigns@gmail.com we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.
estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.                                                                                    Think:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our fullfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fullfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

Issues with print/embroidery files
Products being out of stock
Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

Our Print-on-Demand supplier has fulfillment centers located all over the world, and we’ll ship your item from the most suitable location based on two key factors:

 

Closest to Your Customer:
To make sure your customers receive their orders as fast as possible, we always ship from the fulfillment center nearest to them. This means quicker deliveries and a seamless experience.

 

Product-Specific Fulfillment:
Certain products are only made in specific countries, so we ensure that your items are shipped from the right location depending on product availability. This guarantees that the right products are shipped from the best possible centers.

 

By routing your customer’s orders through the nearest fulfillment center, we make shipping faster and more reliable. For example, if your customer is in the U.S., their order will likely be shipped from a U.S.-based center, reducing delivery time.

Please note that the shipping label on the package will display the address of the fulfillment center where the item was shipped from. For most carriers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, this information cannot be altered.

 

We’re here to make sure your customers receive their orders quickly, making their experience with us even better! 

If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also longer or shorter.

 
Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Factories will have far more units to manufacture and ship out, so you will want to ensure that your customer facing processing and shipping copy is updated to reflect proper expectations. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.

Put your desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout. We ship to Canada, the USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. Enter your mailing address when prompted and the shipping costs will be calculated. You can decide to proceed to payment at this stage.

Returns and Damages,
We don't accept returns or refunds on all products unless it is due to a damaged shipment.


How can I report a damaged shipment?
Every effort is made to package our products in appropriate protective materials. Some small dents may happen in the course of a product journey to you. But occasionally a bigger mishap may happen along the way. Please note that most damage occurs in the final leg of the postal journey—please report to your postal service provider and leave a note in your mailbox if your product was bent. For that matter, we require your full name along with your mailing address.
